The CountryHouse memory care team
The heart of what we do really shines through in our people.
Each member of our team has been handpicked for their natural empathy and is expertly trained in best-practices dementia care. Then, our team learns each resident’s story—their likes, their dislikes, their values, and their past—so we can make meaningful connections. This allows us to provide the highest level of personalized care possible. To provide an even greater level of service, we offer a higher staff-to-resident ratio than most communities.
Meet the Director
Prior to CountryHouse, Erinn Drouin worked for the Nebraska Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association as Director of Development. In her time there, she managed the largest Walk to End Alzheimer’s event, developed outreach tools, generated $1.2 million dollars annually for Alzheimer’s research and awareness, and served on the National Walk Advisory Council.
Erinn says, “My experience with the Alzheimer’s Association allowed me to find my true passion, which is to serve families who are facing an Alzheimer’s or dementia diagnosis. It’s an honor to be able to use my knowledge and experience to support the staff, residents and families at CountryHouse.”
Erinn enjoys spending time with family, and has also volunteered for Special Olympics.
