The cost of memory care is an important consideration when exploring care options. CountryHouse offers a base rate starting at $4950 per month for a companion room, an average of just $163 a day. Base rates for a private room begin at $5950 per month, an average of $196 per day. The base rate includes all residential services such as daily meals and snacks, housekeeping, activities, transportation, Cable TV/Internet and much more.
Levels of Care:
Customized, personal assistance and health care is also available for an additional monthly fee. The Level of Care fee is determined through a personalized assessment of the individual’s unique preference and needs. Level 1 care is complimentary. Rates increase for higher levels, based on the amount and type of care needed.
If an individual is assessed at a Level 3 of care or lower, families may opt to choose an all-inclusive monthly rate. Please ask a CountryHouse advisor for more details.
Day Stay Options:
Coming for a Day Stay may be a good option for individuals who cannot stay at home alone all day, but are not yet ready to move in. A Day Stay also enables caregivers to take time for themselves. Day Stay rates start at just $100 a day.
When available, individuals may stay in a furnished guest room at CountryHouse for a variety of reasons, such as recovering after a hospitalization or as a trial to experience the benefits of community living. A Short-Term stay is also the perfect solution for caregivers who need to travel or simply take a break. You’ll rest assured knowing your loved one is in good hands at CountryHouse while you’re gone.
A community fee of $1500 is due upon move-in.
Additional fees may be added for continence management, personal attendants and pets.
