 The cost of memory care is an important consideration when exploring care options. Our experienced family advisors are well-qualified to help explain the different rates and many alternatives available to you. We hope you’ll choose CountryHouse, but if not, we’re committed to helping you explore other options that work for your family.

CountryHouse on 84th and Pine Lake is pleased to offer all-inclusive pricing. One cost covers all you need to live and thrive at CountryHouse: a lovely private or companion room, meals and snacks, life-enriching activities, outings and exceptional care. Prior to admission, our Director of Nursing will perform an assessment of your loved one and determine if CountryHouse is an appropriate home. If it is determined that your loved one will thrive at CountryHouse, you may choose one of the options below based on your choice of room and/or availability.

Our rates start at $6600 monthly for a companion room and $7900 monthly for a private room. Additional options are available. Please speak with a Senior Living Consultant today to learn more.


Day Stay:
Day stay may be a good option for individuals who cannot stay at home alone all day, but are not yet ready to move in. A day stay also enables caregivers to take some much-needed time for themselves. Day stay rates start at just $125 a day.

Short-Term Stays:

When available, individuals may stay in a furnished guest room at CountryHouse for a variety of reasons, such as recovering after a hospitalization or as a trial to experience the benefits of community living. A Short-Term stay is also the perfect solution for caregivers who need to travel or simply take a break. You’ll rest assured knowing your loved one is in good hands at CountryHouse while you’re gone. A short stay is $275 per 24-hour period. 

A community fee of $1500 is due upon move-in and not refundable after 30-day of residence.
Additional fees may be added for enhanced care, personal attendants and pets.
