The CountryHouse memory care residence team

The heart of what we do really shines through in our people. Our CountryHouse team members understand the difference between giving care and caring, and infuse that philosophy into everything they do … truly treating our residents like beloved family members.

Each member of our team is expertly trained in best-practices dementia care. But their natural empathy is what allows us to provide the best, most customized care possible. At CountryHouse on Old Cheney, our team learns each resident’s story — their likes, their dislikes, their values and their past — so we can make meaningful connections with each resident we serve. In order to provide this level of personalized care, we offer a higher staff-to-resident ratio than most communities.
