Services for families

We understand that the decision to move your loved one into a memory care residence is one of the most difficult decisions you will make. That’s why we extend our caring, support and services to family members as well even before their loved ones have moved into our community. We’ll be here for you every step of the way, and once your loved one is settled in, you’ll still be an engaged and active part of life here—and we’ll always be ready and willing to extend a helping hand when you need it.

Before moving in …

  • Monthly caregiver support meetings (complimentary care for loved ones available)
  • Special speakers and educational programs
  • Overnight stays in a furnished guest room for caregivers

During the move …

  • Help coordinating the transition
  • Family Moments, a guide that includes tips to make visits positive

After the move …

  • You’re part of the family now—come take part in the many family traditions events held throughout the year!
  • Family members can visit at any time, but there are special invitations to stop by for our weekly socials
  • Special events for people who have a spouse living with us
