The CountryHouse memory care team

What makes the CountryHouse experience so unique? Our amazing, compassionate and caring staff. Our team members are carefully selected and rigorously trained, making sure that our residents are always receiving the highest quality-care. We also maintain a higher staff-to-resident ratio than is normally seen in assisted living.

But our team members also have a deep-seated understanding that memory loss is different for each person … and the best care is customized to each individual’s needs. Our staff works to learn each of our residents’ interests, daily routines, personal history and preferences. By building personal relationships, providing respectful and dignified memory care and engaging family support, we make our residents feel truly at home.
