Our team is handpicked for their natural empathy, then given best-practices dementia care training. At CountryHouse, our team learns each resident’s story –
their likes, their dislikes, their values, and their past – and use that knowledge to customize care and make meaningful connections with each resident we serve. Since our care is so personalized, we offer a higher staff to resident ratio.
Phoebie Carcot, Director
Phoebie joined the Agemark team in April of 2020 to help open the newest CountryHouse Residence in Folsom, CA.
A 20-year veteran of sales and marketing, Phoebie worked previously as a realtor and owned her own business. She made a career change in 2013 and became a medical assistant. It was while working in a hospital that the desire to help impact the lives of seniors was born. Her new passion paired well with her experience as a problem solver in her sales career. First hired as an SLC, she quickly proved a valuable member of the Agemark team and was elevated to Director. Phoebie looks forward to working closely with families considering memory care, providing helpful compassionate guidance and assisting them with selecting the best care for their loved one.

Phoebie lives with her husband, young adult children and two dogs. In her free time, she loves to go wine tasting and hiking in the Sierra Foothills.
