Our team is handpicked for their natural empathy, then given best-practices dementia care training. At CountryHouse, our team learns each resident’s story –
their likes, their dislikes, their values, and their past – and use that knowledge to customize care and make meaningful connections with each resident we serve. Since our care is so personalized, we offer a higher staff to resident ratio.

Jennifer Scarberry

Executive Director

Jennifer Scarberry is the Executive Director at CountryHouse in Folsom. With previous experience as an Executive Director, Memory Care Director, Resident Care Coordinator and Medication Aide, she brings a wealth of both experience and knowledge to her role. 

Jennifer‘s passion for memory care is personal. Her grandmother had Alzheimer’s disease and Jennifer began spending time in memory care communities as a young child. She’s always been drawn to working with seniors and truly enjoys hearing resident stories and learning from those that she cares for.

 Family is very important to Jennifer; who is the mother of three grown daughters and is very close with her parents. She grew up in Orangevale, CA, and enjoys gardening and camping in her free time.
