For families

Moving your loved one into a memory care community is one of the most stressful and difficult decisions a person can make. That’s why CountryHouse extends our care and compassion to the family members of our residents. We’ll be here for you before, during and after your loved one has made our community home.

Caregiver Connections support group meetings occur on the third Thursday of each month from noon to 1 p.m. at CountryHouse where helpful information is presented followed by a Q&A session. Meetings are free, open to the public and include lunch.

Before moving in …

  • Monthly caregiver support meetings (with complimentary care provided for your loved one)
  • Educational programs and informational speakers

During the move …
